The Coastal is one of NZ’s most picturesque running and walking events, located in Timaru on the east coast of the South Island.

As well as quite possibly being the most scenic running event in the country, it is also diverse with packed and loose trails, road and footpath, along with sweeping runs of the wetlands, combined with a total gradient climb of just over 100m.
