The Mud, Sweat & Tears Challenge is NZ's Original Mud Run and has been delighting Kiwis for well over a decade! If you are looking for a challenge in 2024 that will test you physically and mentally, all while having a good time then this is the event for you!

This category is for High School Students only. 10k and 5km options. Minimum age 13 years old.

Guys, Girls or Mixed. 5km option only. Minimum age 17 years old. Teams consist of 4 members. Mixed must include a minimum of 1 Guy or 1 Girl.
