REFUND POLICY
If you withdraw your entry before 30 April 2024, your entry fee will be refunded in full. From 1 May - 31 May 2024, your entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administration fee. From the 1 June 2024 there will be no refunds, however you can credit your entry to the 2025 event.

If the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster, extreme weather or for any other safety reason there will be no refund.

TRANSFER OF ENTRY
You can transfer your entry to another person up until 31 May 2023. After this date transfers will incur a $10 administration fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
I/we understand the nature of this event. I/we agree that I/we enter at my/our own risk and take full responsibility for my/our safety and actions during the event. I/we therefore do not hold the organisers of the Mud Sweat and Tears Challenge or any of their agents responsible for any damage or injury sustained to me/our or my/our property during the event.
