** Payment of Entry Fees
- If you enter and pay before midnight December 2nd 2024, you will be able to access the Early Bird discount.
- All entries and payments from December 3rd 2024 will automatically default to the regular entry fee.
- If you enter and pay after the closing date of December 20th 2024, you will automatically be charged an additional Late Payment fee.

** Entries for the 2025 Waka Ama Sprint Nationals Corporate Challenge will be processed by EnterNOW. You can make your payment in two ways:
1. Online via Credit Card - please note you will be charged a convenience fee for any credit card transactions
2. Bank Transfer - if you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will be emailed an invoice. This invoice needs to be paid within 7 days, if you are doing a late entry, the invoice needs to be paid by the 8th of January.

** Refund Policy
- Entry withdrawals received before Friday December 20th will receive a full refund
- No refunds will be given for any withdrawals after this date
- No refund will be given if the Event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or extreme weather
- Should the event be cancelled before 9th January 2025 due to Covid-19, a full refund will be given
