REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY
There are NO REFUNDS for entry withdrawal due to any reason. You can opt to transfer your entry and fee to another paddler. If the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster, extreme weather or for any other safety reason, you will get a full refund of the entry fee (excluding any transaction fees).

I/we understand the nature of this event. I/we agree that I/we enter at my/our own risk and take full responsibility for my/our safety and actions during the event. I/we, therefore, do not hold the race organisers or any of their agents responsible for any damage or injury sustained to me/our or my/our property during the event.
