** Payment of Entry Fees
- If you enter and pay before December 20 2025 (midnight, NZDT), you will be able to access the Early Bird discount.
- All entries and payments from December 21 2025 (NZDT) will automatically default to the regular entry fee.
- If you enter and pay after the closing date of February 1 2026 (midnight, NZDT), you will automatically be charged an additional Late Payment fee.

** Entries for the Takapuna Beach Cup will be processed by EnterNOW. You can make your payment in two ways:
1. Online via Credit Card - please note you will be charged a convenience fee for any credit card transactions
2. Bank Transfer - if you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will be emailed an invoice. This invoice needs to be paid within 7 days. If you are doing a late entry, the invoice needs to be paid by the 6th of February 2026 (1 week before the event).

** Refund Policy
- Entry withdrawals received before 6th February 2026 (midnight, NZDT) will receive a full refund
- No refunds will be given for any withdrawals after 6th February 2026 (NZDT)
- No refund will be given if the Event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or extreme weather
- Should the event be cancelled before 12th February 2026 due to Covid-19, a full refund will be given
